MATERIAL CARE GUIDE
• Towels may have crease marks from folding during packaging. These will disappear after washing and are not grounds for exchange or return.
• Loose threads may occur due to the fabric's natural fibers. If this happens, do not pull on the thread—simply trim it with scissors. Minor thread issues are not eligible for exchange or return. If the problem persists or worsens, please contact customer service.
• The threads visible at the towel's edge are part of the cross-hemming finishing process to prevent the stitching from unraveling. Cutting these threads may cause the stitching to come undone. After 2–4 washes, any twisted threads will naturally smooth out.
