What does Towelogist mean?
Towelogist is a portmanteau word combining
Towel,
-ology (the study of), and
-ist (one who practices),
literally translating to
"towel + ology + ist" = "People who study towels"
We focus on the science of towels, specifically using advanced tech like zero-twist cotton and hollow yarn to maximize absorbency and softness.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship from our Los Angeles fulfillment center. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer carrier-calculated expedited options through UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Available services and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses?
Yes — we ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses, and delivery times may vary.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on US domestic shipping. Please contact us at overseasrep@songwol.com for international inquiries.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Our towels are crafted from premium long-staple cotton sourced from Australia and the USA, using hollow yarn and zero-twist construction for exceptional softness, absorbency, and quick-drying performance.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our zero-twist, chemical-free cotton is gentle on sensitive skin with no harsh finishes or synthetic blends.
What sizes are available?
We offer hand towels, bath towels, and robes. Size details are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my towels?
Machine wash warm with like colors using a gentle liquid detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and dryer sheets. Tumble dry on low heat and shake out before drying to maintain fluffiness.
