RETURNS
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your towel to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the towel must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at overseasrep@songwol.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return address and shipping instructions.
※Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you are returning an item from outside your country of purchase, shipping times may vary. For any return inquiries, reach out to overseasrep@songwol.com.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your towel upon arrival. If it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on towels that have been used or washed.
