RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, your towel must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
To start a return, email us at overseasrep@songwol.com.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you are returning an item from outside your country of purchase, please note that shipping times may vary.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your towel upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for towels that have been used or washed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item first.
Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected, and will be issued to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
