Untwisted Yarn (ZERO-TWIST)

Ordinary yarn is made by arranging each fiber strand and then adding twist.

Untwisted yarn, however, differs from regular cotton yarn in that it has no twist, so it offers a soft and fluffy feel, similar to cotton itself.

Untwisted yarn is made by twisting the yarn loosely during processing and then using heat treatment to produce the final yarn. As a result, the yarn surface blooms and puffs up, making it lightweight and highly absorbent. Because of its soft texture, it is suitable for women and babies with sensitive skin.

Hollow Yarn

Hollow yarn is a premium cotton yarn made through a special process in which PVA is inserted into the center of the yarn and later removed during dyeing. When the PVA is removed, it leaves tiny internal voids within the cotton structure. These hollow spaces improve absorbency and create insulating air pockets, giving the yarn a soft, cozy hand feel and excellent quick-drying performance after washing.

Lightweight

Hollow yarn is made from 100% cotton, but through special processing, a hollow core is created in the center of the yarn. Because of this internal space, it is lighter than conventional cotton yarn of the same material and thickness. At the same time, it feels plush, soft, and more voluminous.

Softness & Loft

The empty space inside the yarn traps air, which gives the yarn a softer, fuller, and more cushioned feel. Even after repeated washing, the hollow structure remains intact, so the yarn continues to retain its softness and loft over time. It also absorbs moisture easily and dries quickly.

Absorbency & Quick Drying

One of the greatest advantages of hollow yarn is its superior moisture management. The hollow spaces allow the yarn to absorb moisture more easily and efficiently. Not only does it take in moisture quickly, but it also releases moisture more easily through those internal spaces, making it more than 20% faster drying than conventional cotton yarn.

Warmth Retention

The air trapped inside the hollow core warms quickly when it comes into contact with the body, helping transfer a sense of warmth immediately. This warm air layer acts as a natural insulating barrier, helping the fabric retain warmth and maintain a cozy feel.
